1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Let the chicken marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 30 minutes for deeper flavor).
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
