Bamboo or metal skewers (if bamboo, soak in water 30 min)
Instructions:
Marinate Shrimp: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, jerk seasoning, garlic, allspice, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss in the shrimp and marinate for 15โ30 minutes.
