4 lobster tails
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing the lobster)

1️⃣ Prep the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the lobster shell to expose the meat.
Gently pull the lobster meat out, leaving it attached at the tail end.
Brush the lobster meat with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, and fresh parsley.
Stir well to combine and set aside.
3️⃣ Preheat the Grill:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F / 190°C).
Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
4️⃣ Grill the Lobster Tails:
Place the lobster tails meat side down on the grill for about 5-6 minutes until lightly charred.
Flip the lobster tails shell side down, and brush them with the garlic butter sauce.
Grill for an additional 4-5 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and tender.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Remove from the grill and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter sauce.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges and additional chopped parsley for garnish.
