Ingredients
For the Lobster Tails:
2β4 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika for color (optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Β½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
Β½ tsp smoked paprika or Cajun seasoning
ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)
Instructions1. Prepare the Lobster Tails
Use kitchen shears to cut the shell down the middle (top only).
Gently pull the meat up and over the shell to butterfly it.
Brush with olive oil or melted butter.
Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a touch of paprika.
2. Grill the Lobster
Preheat grill (or broiler) to medium-high heat.
Place lobster tails shell side down and grill for 6β8 minutes, or until opaque and firm.
Baste occasionally with extra butter for max flavor.
3. Make the Butter Sauce
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook 1β2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in cream, lemon juice, paprika/Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer until slightly thickened (3β4 minutes).
Stir in parsley and taste for salt/pepper.
4. Serve It Up
Place lobster tails on a plate.
Spoon warm sauce over the top.
Garnish with extra parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
