1. Prepare the Salmon:

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Rub the salmon fillets with the seasoning mixture and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

2. Prepare the Shrimp:

In a separate bowl, toss the shrimp in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

3. Cook the Broccoli:

Preheat a steamer or pot with water to steam the broccoli. Once the water is boiling, steam the broccoli for about 4-5 minutes until tender.

Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper before serving.

4. Grill the Salmon:

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. The salmon should reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and easily flake with a fork.

Remove the salmon from the grill and set aside to rest.

5. Grill the Shrimp:

While the salmon is resting, grill the shrimp on the same grill or grill pan for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.

Remove from the grill and set aside.

6. Make the Creamy Sauce:

In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes, or until softened.

Add the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, paprika, cayenne pepper, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue cooking for about 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.

7. Assemble the Dish:

Serve the grilled salmon fillets on a plate. Top with grilled shrimp and pour the creamy sauce over the top.

Add a side of steamed broccoli for a complete meal.
