Instructions
1. Prepare the French Fries
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or set up your air fryer.
2. Toss cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
2. Make the Tomato and Onion Salad
1. Combine sliced tomatoes and onions in a bowl.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Toss gently and top with chopped fresh basil or parsley. Let it marinate while you cook the steak.
3. Grill the Steak
1. Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
2. Preheat grill or skillet to high heat.
3. Cook steaks 3–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
4. Optionally, baste with butter in the last minute.
5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Plate the grilled steak with the fresh tomato-onion salad and crispy fries on the side. Add ketchup or aioli for dipping.
