2 lbs beef tenderloin

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

For the Creamy Dill Sauce:

1 cup sour cream

2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1️⃣ Prepare the Tenderloin: Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
3️⃣ Grill the Tenderloin: Place the beef on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness. Use a meat thermometer (135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium). ️
4️⃣ Rest the Meat: Remove the tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
5️⃣ Make the Creamy Dill Sauce: In a bowl, mix sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth.
