Handcut Jumbo Fries, Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce & Coleslaw

For the fries:

4 large potatoes

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

For the salmon:

2 salmon fillets

2 tbsp butter

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp garlic (minced)

Salt & pepper

For the coleslaw:

2 cups shredded cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup mayo

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt & pepper

Make the fries: Cut potatoes into thick fries. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.

Cook the salmon: Sear salmon fillets in butter for 4-5 minutes per side. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Prepare the coleslaw: Mix cabbage, carrots, mayo, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill for 10-15 minutes.

Serve: Plate the salmon with fries and coleslaw on the side. Enjoy! ️
