– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup pineapple juice
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon grated ginger

1. Start by mixing the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
2. Next, place your chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or if you have time, up to 4 hours.
3. When you’re ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Take the chicken out of the marinade and toss the leftover liquid.
5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, making sure it’s fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165Β°F (75Β°C).
6. Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it for serving. Enjoy!
