– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced

 

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, and minced garlic. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and arrange them on a baking sheet.
4. Bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes or until they are fully cooked and have a nice golden brown color.
5. If you’re making the Spinach Alfredo Sauce yourself, simply combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked spinach in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until it’s creamy.
6. Serve the meatballs with the Spinach Alfredo Sauce either on top of pasta or as a dish on their own.
