Preheat your oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the dough:

Unroll the crescent roll dough on a flat surface and pinch the perforations together to form a solid sheet.
Assemble the pizza pockets:

Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, depending on how large you want each pizza pocket to be.
Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto the center of each piece of dough, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni or other toppings.
Fold and seal:

Fold the dough over the toppings to form a pocket. Pinch the edges of the dough together tightly to seal the pockets.
Add seasoning:

Sprinkle the tops of the pizza pockets with dried oregano, basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. If desired, lightly brush the tops with olive oil for extra crispiness.
Bake:

Bake the pizza pockets in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve:

Let the pizza pockets cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with a side of marinara or ranch dipping sauce!
These pizza pockets are so customizable, and you can fill them with your favorite pizza ingredients. Enjoy!
