Step 1: Marinate
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cutlets and ensure they’re well-coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken cutlets in the pan, discarding the marinade. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C). Remove from the heat and let rest for a few minutes.

Step 3: Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until they are tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with more milk if needed.

Step 4: Serve
Plate the juicy chicken cutlets beside a generous scoop of creamy mashed potatoes. Drizzle any reserved honey garlic sauce over the chicken for an extra touch of flavor. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley to add a pop of color.

Step 5: Enjoy
Serve your scrumptious meal hot and savor each delicious bite!
