Honey Garlic Shrimp, Chicken & Broccoli

– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 oz cooked chicken sausage, sliced
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Salt and pepper to taste

1. Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the sliced chicken sausage. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Once done, remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the butter along with the broccoli florets. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and just tender, yet still crisp. Remove from the skillet and set it aside with the sausage.
3. Next, add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turns pink and is fully cooked through.
4. While the shrimp is cooking, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl to make the honey garlic sauce.
5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked shrimp and let it simmer for 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and coat the shrimp.
6. Gently return the cooked chicken sausage and broccoli to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
7. Serve this delicious dish hot, and enjoy!
