2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Roasted Asparagus:

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

¼ cup grated Parmesan or shredded mozzarella

1️⃣ Prepare the Honey Mustard Chicken:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the honey mustard mixture.

Sear the chicken in a skillet for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until tender.
