1. Make the Batter: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease three 8-inch cake pans. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. Gradually add flour and milk.
2. Divide & Flavor: Split batter into three. Mix each portion with its corresponding flavor additions.
3. Bake: Pour into pans and bake for 22-25 min. Cool completely.
4. Whipped Frosting: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
5. Assemble: Layer chocolate, cherry, and pistachio cakes, spreading frosting between layers and covering the cake.
