Juicy roasted lamb, packed with herbs and flavor! A perfect dish for a German feast.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 lb lamb roast (900g)
2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup white wine (120ml)
1 lb baby potatoes (450g), halved
1/2 lb green beans (225g)

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub lamb with oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place in a roasting pan with wine and roast for 1.5 hours.
Add potatoes in the last 40 minutes.
Steam green beans and serve with the roast.
