1 lb ground beef
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz canned diced jalapeños, drained (or fresh jalapeños, diced)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions, for garnish

Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Base

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the softened cream cheese until fully melted and combined with the beef. This creates a rich, creamy filling that binds everything together.

Step 3: Add Jalapeños and Cheese

Mix in the diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until everything is well distributed, then remove from heat.

Step 4: Assemble the Casserole

Spread the beef mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and remaining mozzarella cheese, then spread it over the top.

Step 5: Bake to Perfection

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve
