4 lobster tails
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
2. Gently spread the shells apart and loosen the meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
