Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 slices cheddar cheese
12 slider buns
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
½ cup shredded lettuce
¼ cup diced pickles
¼ cup diced onions
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Prepare the Beef: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook the Beef: Press the beef mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes, then drain any excess grease.
Add Toppings: Place cheddar cheese slices over the cooked beef and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
Prepare the Buns: Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on them.
Assemble the Sliders: Place the beef and cheese layer over the bottom buns. Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and diced onions. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top buns and place them over the sliders.
Bake to Perfection: Brush the top buns with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds (if using). Bake for 5 minutes until the buns are slightly toasted.
Serve: Remove from the oven and cut into individual sliders.
