* 2 lobster tails
* 1 lb pork tenderloin
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 2 tbsp butter
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tsp thyme
* Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Season pork with salt, pepper, and thyme. Sear in a pan until browned.
3. Place pork in the oven for 25 minutes.
4. In the same pan, add butter, garlic, lobster tails, and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add heavy cream, simmer until thickened.
6. Serve pork sliced with lobster and creamy herb sauce.
