Ingredients:
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails, split down the middle
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Scallops:
12 large sea scallops, patted dry
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For Garnish:
Lemon wedges
Extra parsley
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to broil. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Broil for 7–10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Scallops:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the scallops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Once the skillet is hot, add scallops and sear undisturbed for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove scallops from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the scallops to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over them. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
4️⃣ Assemble and Serve:
Plate the broiled lobster tails alongside the scallops. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce from the skillet over the seafood.
Garnish with lemon wedges and extra parsley. Serve immediately for a show-stopping dish!
