1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the lobster meat out and rest it on top of the shell for a beautiful presentation.

2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful garlic butter mixture. Brush this mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.

3. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the lobster meat turns opaque and a light golden color.

4. Sear the Scallops:
Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

5. Add the scallops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they develop a gorgeous golden-brown crust.

6. In the last minute of cooking, introduce the butter and minced garlic to the pan. Spoon the melted butter over the scallops as they finish cooking to infuse them with delicious flavor.

7. Plate and Serve:
Once the lobster tails are baked and the scallops are seared, arrange them elegantly on a serving plate. Drizzle any excess garlic butter from the skillet over the seafood and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty finish.
