1/2 pound bacon, roughly chopped
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons “no sugar added” ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 dill pickle chips, sliced
2 eggs
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook bacon until crispy, then chop. In a skillet, brown ground beef with seasoning, onion, and garlic. Drain and mix in cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread in a greased 9×13 dish, top with bacon and pickles. Whisk eggs, cream, and 1 cup cheese; pour over the meat. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
