Cherry tomatoes, halved – 1 cup
Garlic, minced – 2 cloves
Lemon, sliced – 1
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Dried thyme – 1 tsp
Fresh basil, chopped – 2 tbsp

Black pepper – to taste

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Lay fish fillets in the dish and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Evenly distribute cherry tomatoes and minced garlic on top.
4. Drizzle olive oil, then add lemon slices for extra zest.
5. Sprinkle dried thyme over the top and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Finish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
