Ingredients:
* 2 cups Granulated Sugar
* Β½ cup Evaporated Milk
* Β½ cup Corn Syrup
* Β½ cup Unsalted Butter
* ΒΌ tsp Salt
* 2 cups Toasted Pecans, chopped
* 2 cups Shredded Coconut
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Prep work area β Lay wax paper on the counter for setting the cookies.
Heat mixture β In a pot, combine sugar, evaporated milk, corn syrup, butter & salt. Stir over medium heat until blended.
Boil β Bring to a rolling boil & cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add mix-ins β Remove from heat & stir in pecans, coconut & vanilla.
Drop cookies β Spoon onto wax paper, spacing slightly apart.
Cool & set β Let sit for 20-30 min until firm.
Tips: Try sweetened coconut or add a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor!
