1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1 large onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
️ 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt & black pepper, to taste

1️⃣ Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, mix sliced beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp ground cumin. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Heat the Oil:
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat.
3️⃣ Cook the Beef:
Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4️⃣ Sauté Aromatics:
Add garlic, ginger, and cumin seeds to the skillet. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
