Ingredients:
1 lb steak (cut into cubes)
2 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional) ️
Instructions:
Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tbsp butter. Add steak and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides. Toss in garlic and thyme, cooking for 1 more minute. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter. Crack the eggs and cook sunny-side up for 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but yolks are runny.
Return the steak to the skillet to warm through, letting the flavors meld with the eggs.
Plate the steak cubes alongside the sunny-side eggs, garnishing with extra thyme for a fresh touch!
