Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) . Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Set Up a Breading Station
Prepare three shallow bowls:
Bowl 1 : Add the flour.
Bowl 2 : Beat the eggs.
Bowl 3 : Combine the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Step 3: Bread the Pork Chops
Dredge each pork chop in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip the floured pork chop into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Press the pork chop into the Parmesan mixture, patting it gently to adhere. Place the breaded pork chop on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining chops.
Drizzle the tops of the pork chops lightly with olive oil (optional) to help them brown and crisp in the oven.
Step 4: Bake
Bake the pork chops for 20–25 minutes , or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) on a meat thermometer. For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of cooking, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Step 5: Rest & Serve
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a bright, zesty finish.
