1️⃣ Prepare the Cake:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan or a springform pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and flour until fully combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cake batter in the pan, smoothing it evenly.

3️⃣ Bake the Cake:
Bake the cake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake portion comes out clean. The cheesecake layer should be set and firm.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool completely in the pan.

4️⃣ Prepare the Peach Topping:
While the cake is cooling, combine the peach slices, peach jam, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the peaches soften and the sauce thickens.
Let the peach topping cool slightly before spooning it over the cake.

5️⃣ Prepare the Streusel Topping (Optional):
For a crunchy topping, mix the flour, brown sugar, and cold butter in a bowl. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the streusel topping over the peach topping for an added crunch.

Tips for the Perfect Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cake:

Use fresh peaches when they are in season for the best flavor, but canned peaches work well too.

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg to the peach topping.

If you want a richer dessert, serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Perfect for summer gatherings, holiday desserts, or any special occasion, this Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cake will quickly become a family favorite.
