Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry or pizza dough, thawed if frozen 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your favorite toppings: ham, sausage, veggies) 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ️ Optional: red pepper flakes for a little heat 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the puff pastry or pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 12×10 inches. Assemble the Pinwheels: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Layer the pepperoni slices (or other toppings) evenly on top. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Roll and Slice: ️ Carefully roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, forming a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place them cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake: Brush the tops of the pinwheels with the beaten egg (egg wash) for a golden finish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pinwheels are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Serve: ️ Serve the pizza pinwheels warm with extra marinara or pizza sauce for dipping. These Pizza Pinwheels ️ are a fun, bite-sized snack or appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game days, or a quick meal!❤️
