* 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced (500g)
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 2 tbsp butter (30g)
* 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (100g)
* 1/2 cup heavy cream (120ml)
* 1/2 cup beef broth (120ml)
* 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:

Season pork medallions with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a pan and sear pork on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic until soft.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
Return pork to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with potatoes or vegetables!
