Ingredients:

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup corn kernels
Fresh cilantro, chopped
️ Paprika, for sprinkling
Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Fresh mixed greens (optional)

 

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients:
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Slice the avocado and hard-boiled eggs.
Dice the red onion.
If using canned corn, rinse and drain it.
Arrange the Bowl:
Start with a base of fresh mixed greens if desired.
Arrange the cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, hard-boiled egg slices, diced red onion, and corn kernels in sections on top of the greens or directly in the bowl.
Garnish:
Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the bowl.
Add a light sprinkle of paprika for a touch of color and flavor.
Optionally, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
