Ingredients:

โ€“ 2 ribeye steaks
โ€“ 2 large onions, thinly sliced
โ€“ 2 tablespoons olive oil
โ€“ 2 tablespoons butter
โ€“ 1 teaspoon sugar
โ€“ 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
โ€“ 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
โ€“ 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
โ€“ Salt and pepper to taste
โ€“ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
โ€“ Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
2. Prepare the Fries:
โ€“ Place the cut potatoes in a bowl, drizzle with vegetable oil, and season with salt. Toss to coat.
โ€“ Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
3. Caramelize the Onions:
