โ€“ 1 lb breakfast sausage
โ€“ 1 30 oz package frozen shredded hash browns
โ€“ 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
โ€“ 8 large eggs
โ€“ 1 cup milk
โ€“ Salt and pepper to taste
โ€“ Optional toppings: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, salsa, sour cream

1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF and grease a 9ร—13 inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, frozen hash browns, and shredded cheese.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the sausage, hash brown, and cheese mixture.
5. Stir everything together until well combined and pour into the greased baking dish.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
