1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9ร13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbly, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
