โ€“ 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
โ€“ 1 tsp lemon zest
โ€“ 2 tbsp lemon juice
โ€“ 1 tsp black pepper
โ€“ 1/2 tsp salt
โ€“ 1 tsp garlic powder
โ€“ 1 tsp honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
โ€“ Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

1. Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and season with lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
2. Cook: Heat oil/butter in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
