Preheat your oven to 425°F or heat your grill to medium-high.
In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Brush this lovely mixture over the lobster meat generously.
Bake the lobster for 12-15 minutes, or if you’re grilling, just 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
While that’s cooking, pat your scallops dry with a paper towel to get rid of excess moisture. Season both sides of the scallops with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the scallops and sear them for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
Once seared, add butter and lemon juice to the pan, then baste the scallops for just 30 seconds.
For the garlic butter sauce, melt the additional butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for a minute and then take it off the heat.
Plate your gorgeous lobster tail and scallops, drizzling the garlic butter sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh chives or parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a zesty touch.
