Ingredients:

– 1 lb filet mignon or sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 4 tbsp butter, melted
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tbsp lemon juice

1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked to your preference. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until they turn pink and slightly charred. Remove the shrimp from the heat.
3. Lower the heat and add the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir for about a minute until the mixture becomes fragrant.
4. Toss the seared steak bites and shrimp in the delicious garlic butter sauce. Don’t forget to sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving!
5. Enjoy! This dish pairs wonderfully with mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, or a side of rice.
