Ingredients:
1 lobster tail, chopped
8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
8 oz elbow or cavatappi pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups heavy cream or whole milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded gouda or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for crunch)
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sauté the Lobster & Shrimp: Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and lobster, seasoning with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over and sprinkle with parsley. Set aside.

Add cheddar, gouda, and Parmesan, stirring until smooth. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Assemble the Dish: Stir the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce. Top with lobster and shrimp. (Optional) Mix melted butter with panko breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the dish.
