4 large crab legs
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1 corn on the cob, cut into 4 pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and corn, cooking for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, Old Bay seasoning, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Drain the potatoes and corn, then transfer them to a large bowl. Toss with the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
In the same pot, add the crab legs and shrimp, cooking for 5-7 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and the crab is heated through.
Transfer the crab and shrimp to the bowl with potatoes and corn. Toss everything together to coat in the seasoning.
Serve the seafood boil in a takeout container, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
Enjoy your flavorful seafood feast!
