Ingredients:
2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 lbs lobster tails
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into pieces
4 ears of corn, cut in half
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Butter for dipping
Instructions:
Prepare the boil:
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add the baby potatoes and corn to the pot. Let them cook for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add the seafood and sausage:
Once the potatoes and corn are cooked, add the smoked sausage, shrimp, and lobster tails to the pot. Continue to cook for another 4-6 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the lobster is fully cooked.
Drain and season:
Drain the seafood boil, then drizzle the cooked ingredients with olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
Toss everything gently to coat in the seasoning.
Serve:
Serve the seafood boil in a large dish or on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley.
Enjoy with melted butter for dipping!
