1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Make the Chimichurri:
In a bowl, mix parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Shrimp:
Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Assemble:
Drizzle chimichurri sauce over the cooked shrimp.
