– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour – 1/4 cup olive oil – 1/4 cup chopped onion – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1/2 cup dry white wine – 1/2 cup chicken broth – 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley – 1/4 cup lime juice – 1 tbsp butter – Salt and pepper to taste

1. Season shrimp: Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Dredge the shrimp in flour. 2. Sauté shrimp: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside. 3. Sauté aromatics: Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened. 4. Add liquids: Stir in the white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by half. 5. Add sauce ingredients: Stir in the parsley, lime juice, and butter. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until thickened. 6. Return shrimp: Add the shrimp back to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until heated through. 7. Serve: Serve the shrimp piccata with lime sauce over pasta, rice, or your favorite sides. Enjoy!
