Shrimp/ Wing boil recipe

Ingredients:

3 pounds of wings

12 oz of yellow potatoes

12-14 Oz of andouille or smoked sausage

6-8 pieces of on cob

1 pound of raw super colossal shrimp (with shell on)

2 sticks of butter

Oregano

Smoked paprika

Cajun seasoning

Old bay seasoning

Lemon pepper seasoning

Garlic powder

Onion powder

White sugar

3 Garlic cloves

2 lemons

Goya chicken seasoning

Instructions:

Lightly Season chicken wings with seasonings shallow fry or baked until temp reach between 165- 175.

Boil

Boil corn and potatoes first make sure the water covers them. Season water with seasonings listed and 1 garlic clove. Boil for atleast 20 mins or until slightly tender.  Pan sear sausage  sausage, Lightly Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Add shrimp and let cook for 5-8 mins or until temp reach 145

For the sauce melt 2 sticks of unsalted butter over low-medium heat once melted add 2 tbsp of old bay, 1 1/2 tbsp of cajun seasoning, 1 1/2 tbsp of white sugar, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 2 garlic cloves (chopped), 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1/4- 1/2 half a cup of lemon juice. Taste as you go so you can adjust the acidity and salt.

When done add all ingredients to pan drench in sauce and enjoy.❤️
