2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon + 4 lemon slices
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place salmon on a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture over salmon and top each with 2 lemon slices.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
