Prep the Ingredients:
Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the green and red bell peppers, and mince the garlic.
Heat the Pan:
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sesame oil and let it heat up for a few seconds until fragrant.
Cook the Chicken:
Add the diced chicken to the hot pan. Stir-fry for about 5โ7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.
Add Garlic and Peppers:
Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry everything together for another 3โ4 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender but still crisp.
Add Sauces:
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat all the ingredients evenly. Cook for another 1โ2 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
Serve:
Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice.
