1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
ยฝ tsp black pepper
ยฝ tsp garlic powder
ยฝ tsp smoked paprika
ยฝ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
For the Eggs:
2 large eggs
1 tbsp butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
For Garnish:
Chopped fresh parsley
Extra red chili flakes
Instructions:
Sear the Beef:
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter.
Season beef chunks with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms and the inside is medium-rare or to your desired doneness.
Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Eggs:
Lower heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet.
Crack eggs into the skillet, keeping yolks intact.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until whites are set but yolks remain runny.
Assemble & Serve:
Return beef chunks to the skillet, nestling them around the eggs.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and red chili flakes.
