Sear the Beef:

Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter.

Season beef chunks with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until a golden crust forms and the inside is medium-rare or to your desired doneness.

Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Eggs:

Lower heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet.

Crack eggs into the skillet, keeping yolks intact.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until whites are set but yolks remain runny.

Assemble & Serve:

Return beef chunks to the skillet, nestling them around the eggs.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and red chili flakes.

Serve hot, straight from the skillet. Enjoy!
