1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb crawfish
2 lobster tails
4 corn on the cob, halved
1 cup clams (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning ️
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika ️
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Prep the Seafood: Rinse shrimp, crawfish, lobster tails, and clams (if using). Set aside.
Season: In a large bowl, toss seafood with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. ️
Boil the Corn: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add corn, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Seafood: In a large pot or foil tray, add butter and seasoned seafood. Cover and steam over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink and crawfish are red.
Combine: Add cooked corn to the seafood mix, tossing gently to coat in the spicy butter.
Serve: Plate the seafood boil, garnish with parsley and lemon slices, and serve hot with extra lemon for squeezing. ️
