For the Steak Bites:
• 1 lb sirloin or tenderloin steak (cut into cubes)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)

For the Mushroom Sauce:
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 small onion (diced)
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp flour (for thickening)
• 1/2 cup beef broth
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook Steak Bites:
• Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
• Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
• Sear steak in batches, browning all sides until medium-rare or your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Mushroom Sauce:
• In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
• Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden.
• Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms, stirring to form a roux.
• Pour in beef broth and stir until the sauce thickens.
• Lower the heat, add heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.

3. Combine & Serve:
• Return steak cubes to the skillet and coat them with the creamy mushroom sauce.
• Garnish with fresh parsley.
