Steak in Creamy Cajun Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients:

4 steaks (ribeye or filet mignon)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 pound shrimp,

peeled and deveined

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic,

minced 1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Serve steaks topped with creamy Cajun shrimp sauce and garnish with parsley. Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 25 min | Servings: 4❤️
